Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, U.S. territories, and international destinations is significantly more costly, and free shipping cannot be extended to these locations.

Our website does not currently support calculating these higher shipping rates at checkout. If the actual shipping cost to your address exceeds our standard rates, you may receive an email after placing your order. At that time, you will have the option to either pay the additional shipping cost or cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping

At One Table Project, we strive to deliver your pottery promptly, safely, and cost-effectively. We do our shipping once each week so you may wait up to 7 days for your package to hit the mail. During the Holidays we ship more frequently. Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. In certain cases, UPS may be utilized when it offers a more economical option based on package size or destination.

Tracking numbers will be emailed upon order fulfillment for all packages shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping insurance is included for the purchase amount.
