Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If your pottery arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please email Haley at haley@onetableproject.com with the subject line “Damage/Defect” and include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Mailing address

  • Description of the issue

  • Photograph(s) clearly showing the damage or defect

Notes:

  • In some cases, the item may need to be returned to One Table Project. We’ll determine this on a case-by-case basis.

  • One Table Project will pay for shipping

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 days of delivery of your returned product.


Returns & Refunds for Undamaged & Unused Items 

We are confident you will be pleased with your pottery. However, please note:

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in shape, size, and color, as well as minor glaze imperfections, are to be expected.

  • The item you receive may differ from the photograph, contributing to the unique charm of handmade pottery.

  • We endeavor to match the dimensions and appearance of the pottery depicted in our photos.

     

If you wish to To return an undamaged & unused item notify us within 30 days of delivery. Please email Haley at haley@onetableproject.com with the subject line “Return/Refund” and include:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Mailing address

  • Reason for return

Notes:

  • Returns must be shipped at your expense; shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The purchase price will be refunded if the pottery is unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale.

  • Please pack the item securely, preferably using the original packaging, to prevent movement within the box.

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 days of delivery of your returned product.
