Shipping

It is One Table Project’s desire to deliver your pottery as quickly, safely and economically as possible. Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail in most cases. Pieces under 1 lb will be shipped First Class. UPS ground will be used at times when the shipping is more economical due to package size or distance. Tracking numbers will be emailed upon order fulfillment for all packages that are shipped via USPS priority Mail or UPS ground. Shipping insurance is also included for the purchase amount.

Damaged Goods

Any damage due to mishandling during shipping must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. Please send an email titled “Damage” to Haley (haley@onetableproject.com) with the following information:

  • order #

  • Name

  • Mailing address

  • Summary of damage

Your pottery will be mailed out if the item is in stock or as soon as your replacement is completed once the required information is received to submit an insurance claim.

Returns and Refunds

One Table Project is confident you will be happy with your pottery as long as you keep a few things in mind. Minor shape, size and color variations as well as minor glaze imperfections should be expected due to the handmade nature of this product. You will also not be receiving the item in the photograph so variations should be expected. That is in-fact part of the charm of a handmade product! One Table works hard to match the dimensions and appearance of the pottery you see in in the photos.

Returns must be mailed at the customer’s expense. Shipping cost will no be reimbursed. The purchase price will be reimbursed if the pottery is fit for resale: undamaged and unused. The pottery must be well packed in the same packaging (if possible) so there is no movement in the box.
